Hard to tell, but he's saying "la, la, la" to Anna. It actually sounds like "a-la, a-la, a-la", but he has no trouble with his L sounds - the big speech impediment for most of the rest of us. He just likes that tongue of his too much to ignore using it in great L sounds!
